Sonette believes meditation is universal and that the benefits should be accessible and enjoyed by people from all walks of life and backgrounds, regardless of health, fitness or age.

As a result of this Sonesha Meditation was born and is still evolving today. It is designed to teach those who want a more comprehensive and thorough grounding in a wide range of meditation practices and skills.
This course combines theory and practice making it ideal for those who want more in-depth knowledge and practice. Over decades of practicing different meditation techniques, Sonette found that there was always something missing from different styles in order to make it a total practice or that you had to have a particular religious background in order to get the total benefit from particular meditation techniques.
